Marchand & Burch Shiraz 2009
A dense and deep ruby in colour with a complex bouquet of liquorice, dark cherry, blackberry, chocolate and white pepper spice. The palate structure is an open weave of chalky fruit and fine oak tannins with a gravelly textured mid palate. Supple and soft red fruits provide a mouth filling richness, while hints of soy and oyster give an interesting savoury finish.
