AROMA : This wine displays a zesty fragrant nose of tropical fruits, passion-fruit and gooseberry, along with a flinty, mineral edge. An extremely engaging nose that displays all the classical Sauvignon Blanc varietal markers with purity and focus.
PALATE : The palet follows on with distinct tropical fruit flavours, and intensely wound passion-fruit. Slate light acidity adds a nervous tension to the wine, balanced beautifully against the fuller weighted mouthwatering finish full of length.
FOOD PAIRING : Pairs well with seafood or a bowl of french fries.
