PALATE : A lively palate presents itself thanks to a slurpable lighter frame backed by a crunchy acidity and fine tannin base. Hits of red berry fruits and a distinct herbal touch give this wine a cheeky personality.
FOOD PAIRING : It’s going to be an absolute winner with slow-cooked lamb, Moroccan lamb stews, and some Chinese meat dishes which play with sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours.
