PALATE : Pronounced varietal notes of honeysuckle, stone fruit and pear lead into slighter richer, creamier mouthfeel that’s perfectly balanced by a focused acid backbone. The wine finishes with a slight talc textural element, leading into a long refreshing finish.
FOOD PAIRING : It pairs just as well with lightly cooked shellfish as it does with a fresh, vibrant salad, or a risotto packed full of your favourite green veggies. This wine is also going to be absolutely banging served alongside pork dishes, veal, chicken, and even lighter meals using spring lamb.
