Larry Cherubino is an award-winning Australian winemaker having won over 60 trophies and 250 gold medals. These awards are across both the Australian and International wine show system. Larry’s efforts are now being recognised by such wine critics as James Halliday. He has awarded Cherubino Wines a 5 star rating, 2011 Winery of the Year and most recently 2016 Best Value Winery of the year. The Pedestal Chardonnay is another classic wine from Larry’s Margaret River winery.

AROMA : Aromas of nectarine, subtle white peach and a hint of grapefruit mix with light dried honey, biscuity oak and gun flint notes. Slightly of lemon, peaches and tropical fruits fragrances flow off the nose.
PALATE : Pure, clean flavours on the palate with balanced acidity and a long finish. An exceptionally elegant wine, showing the benefit of careful oak treatment.
PAIRING : Matches well with goat cheese and pan-fried gnocchi.
