Opal Bianca is a modern interpretation of the traditional Italian sambucas. It is made with pure Alpine water, elderflowers, fresh lemon and two kinds of anise. These all natural ingredients produce a smooth, seductive aniseed and citrus flavour.
Lustrous, antique gold with intense hints of amber. An open, complex bouquet combining nutmeg aromas with a dash of orange zest and sweet spice, backed with subtle hints of undergrowth. Concentrated, poised and well-rounded on the palate, with a velvety-smooth finish.
Luminous orangey hue with delicate, intense golden tints. Extremely fine in the first nose of dried fruits, the aromas are harmoniously complex __ between floral and fruity – developing towards candied fruit with an underlying oakiness, spiced with ginger and nutmeg hints. Well balanced and constantly offering new discoveries with flavors of cedar wood, vanilla and caramelized orange, leading into a very rounded finish.
