A wine with great aromatic intensity, highlights being the notes of plum and dark berry jam mixed with spicy hints of vanilla and liquorice. This wine is recommended to accompany legumes, white meats and poultry such as duck or goose, or baked fish dishes such as conger eel or RayÛªs bream.
