Intense, dark ruby colour. Exquisite aroma with classical notes of wild fruit preserves, blackberries, and hints of leather. On the palate it has great elegance, with smooth tannins and a prolonged fruit and spicy aftertaste that finalises with notes of toasted bread.
The selected grapes of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maipo valley Cordillera be read in April, immediately brought to the winery, strictly sorted, fully stemmed, gently crushed, mashed and fermented within seven days at a controlled temperature of 28å¡C. Overall, one month remained the wine on the skins to extract the skins the intense color, strong varietal flavors and ripe tannins before they are finally to encourage its harmonious completion eleven months in French oak barrels to mature lay (30% new wood, 70% second occupancy).
