This red varietal Malbec is the result of extensive knowledge both Michel Rolland and his wife, Dany, have on this grape in Argentina. It is made from vineyards in the Uco Valley, at 1,100 meters of altitude, where the views are breathtaking Los Andes. The excellent ripeness of the grapes is used for aging in new oak barrels and one year for a period of approximately fifteen months.
