Description
The Legacy Peak vineyard is located at an altitude of 1,246m, in the beautiful scenic area of the Xixia King Tombs (Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region), and is one of very few vineyards in China with vines over 18 years old.
The vineyard is composed of 6.9 hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon, 1.2 hectares of Merlot and 0.8 hectares of Chardonnay, all planted by Liu Hai’s father in 1997. In 2010, Liu Hai took over the estate with the ambition of making the best wine in Ningxia.
Chinese name –留世 – indicates can live on generations after generations.
