La Chablisienne Chablis La Pierrelee 2012
Pale yellow colour with silver glints. Limpid and brilliant wine. Bouquet only partially open but giving fresh, white-fleshed fruit with a hint of spiciness On aeration, a mineral note brings complexity to the ensemble. Long aromatic persistence. A very energetic first impression in the mouth along with fattiness. A combination of acidic and mineral tenseness is also noticeable. The balance is outstanding and there is good density. A long, lingering finish. A fine Chablis with a lot of promise despite the unremarkable vintage.
