La Chablisienne Chablis Grand Cru Chateau Grenouilles 2010
A discrete bouquet due to its youth, yet giving a suggestion of light oaky vanilla along with hints of white-fleshed fruit aromas. Powerful, rich and very complex in the mouth, quite typical for such a wine that is not yet fully developed. A great wine requiring patience. It will need to be left a few months – if not a few years Ð in order for its full potential to show. The austerity of this Chablis Grand Cru, Chteau Grenouilles 2010 is a promise of quality and leaves us in anticipation of some great future tastings.
A beautifully balanced bouquet with harmonious aromas of fragrant hawthorn blossoms, citrusy lemongrass, sweet marzipan, and toasted hazelnuts. The fl avors are ripe on this Puligny-Montrachet.
Bright ruby color, attractive nose with lots of raspberries and ripe cherries, some smoke and licorice. Beautiful intensity in the mouth turn red berry fruit, wonderfully fresh and refreshing, it juicy and elegant binding. Mittele length on the finish. A completely honest and good value Burgundy!
From ancient limestone soils in the heart of the Cote de Nuits, ChambolleMusigny is often said to produce the finest reds of all 25 Premier Crus in the area. The Roux Les Charmes shows persistent, delicate aromas of violet, prune, raspberry, and strawberry on the nose and palate.
ÒAttitudeÓ has a beautiful freshness in mouth, a frank attack, delicate green and lemon flavours, citrus fruits, green apple and kiwi aromas. The minerality gives a long finish to the wine, a smoothness and elegance – characteristics of all of Pascal JolivetÕs wines.
