Fruit fromå stony alluvial soils in the classic Rapaura sub-region provideså mid-palate intensity and concentration while low-cropped fruitå from silty-loam soils at DillonÛªs Point endows the wine withå aromatic intensity and vibrant fruit flavours.å Machine harvestedå in the cool of evening and fermented in small batches usingå several yeast strain combinations to enhance aromatic complexity.å Aged 5 months on lees in tank to add richness and softness of texture.
