Description

Campo Eliseo is sourced from 50 to 75 year old vines and is Rolland and LurtonÕs signature Toro wine. The 2008 Campo Eliseo was aged for 16 months in new French oak. It has a generous, open bouquet of dark cherry fruit mingling with raspberry, thyme, and a touch of wild heather and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannins and a firm structure.
