Albizzia 2013 is striking for its straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections and brilliant clarity. The nose emanates fresh sensations of citrus, green lemon and bergamot, that are joined by fruits like pear and kiwi. Tropical scents follow : pineapple, passion fruit and the most delicate hints of mint at the finish. The entrance on the palate is soft and balanced; one is left with an appealingly flavourful finish .

Very fresh first impression in the mouth with a touch of menthol. A wine that characterizes the vintage well ; dry and straightforward. The finish is quite long, allowing expression of the emerging minerality with an accompanying touch of caramel. A Premier Cru that is both fleshy and round.
A pleasant colour of straw yellow. Limpid and brilliant wine. A complex bouquet bringing together aromas of ripe yellow fruit and citrus, along with a discreet oaky touch. The first impression on tasting is its suppleness, which is nicely balanced by refreshing minerality. The length on the palate is remarkable – thus indicating very good cellaring potential.
A discrete bouquet due to its youth, yet giving a suggestion of light oaky vanilla along with hints of white-fleshed fruit aromas. Powerful, rich and very complex in the mouth, quite typical for such a wine that is not yet fully developed. A great wine requiring patience. It will need to be left a few months – if not a few years Ð in order for its full potential to show. The austerity of this Chablis Grand Cru, Chteau Grenouilles 2010 is a promise of quality and leaves us in anticipation of some great future tastings.
At this time it is still young and discreet. A bouquet of fresh mint with notes of butter and vanilla. In the mouth it reveals great finesse, like lace. The balance between acidity and richness indicates very promising cellaring potential. This is a wine that should easily age for a good ten years but for the moment we can appreciate its auspicious youthful charm. Needs only to be opened and enjoyed.

Bouquet only partially open but giving fresh, white-fleshed fruit with a hint of spiciness On aeration, a mineral note brings complexity to the ensemble. Long aromatic persistence. A very energetic first impression in the mouth along with fattiness. A combination of acidic and mineral tenseness is also noticeable. The balance is outstanding and there is good density. A long, lingering finish. A fine Chablis with a lot of promise despite the unremarkable vintage.

Brilliant in appearance and pale straw in colour and lemon hues. The bouquet is an enticing mix of white field flowers, grapefruit, pear essence and brioche. Enriched with layers of nougat and nut-meal, the palateÛªs fine, creamy texture is supported by toasting vanilla oak. A bright citrus and chalky lactic acidity adds restraint and length to finish the wine.
